HiddenCost AI does not take any payment at this time. The free estimate is free, and Pro is free during beta. So there is nothing to refund or cancel right now.

If we start charging in future

Before any payment is taken we will update this page with the price and the refund and cancellation terms. Our intended approach: if a paid Pro purchase fails to work as described, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing mahirkapoor04@gmail.com, and we will reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 working days to reach your account. This approach is a placeholder until we publish the final terms.
